We source our bacon from Ramsay’s of Carluke, curers of distinction since 1857.
Our free range pork, lamb and eggs all come from Smittons; Davie’s beautiful
Dumfriesshire farm: hilly, rugged, free-range beasts living the idyll.
Our fish as always is supplied by Junior @ MacCallums of Troon.
Garth from Roots & Fruits has been delivering our veg since day one.
In season a couple of driven hippies from Arran provide us with
organic herbs, leaves, fruit & veg.
Our venison comes from Fergie MacDonald in Acharacle.
